Purified water
Directions
1. Wash and chop all your ingredients
2. Put some water in a kettle and bring it to a boil.
3. Add ginger in a container and pour the hot water on it and let it sit for 20 minutes.
4. Add the sliced lemons into a jar or any big glass container and pour the ginger water into the container.
5. Fill up the container with additional water if needed and let it sit still for about 2 1/2 hours.
Drink this water in the morning and in the evening for 30 days. Drink regular spring water between  (you can drink the lemon detox water if you have sufficient) and don’t eat and drink at the same time; wait 30 minutes to eat after you drink and 30 minutes to drink after you have eaten and if you feel thirsty, just eat a fruit and it will quench your thirst.
